We would like to introduce you to the newest member of the Unitec Support Team. This is Luzille Kumar, and she will be serving our clients as a Level 2 User Experience Service Desk Engineer. Luzille has been working in the IT support environment for over 11 years, with 9 years in end user desktop support and 2 years in the Network Security space. She is also on her way to having a BCom in Business Informatics & is also in the process of studying for the CCNA cert. We are delighted to have Luzille join our growing team, her sincere passion for both IT and Customer Care is the perfect fit for us here at Unitec. Welcome aboard!
